Use and application gestures
Apply to wet skin with a gentle circular massage, focussing on the areas where the skin is thicker and more uneven. Rinse with warm water to remove any leftover product and enjoy the benefits of the aromatherapy properties of the oils.
To take full advantage of the product’s effectiveness and amplify the results, take a few minutes to apply the product properly.

Take a small amount of Aromatic Sugar Body Scrub and massage into clean, damp skin with sweeping, circular movements, one part of the body after another.

Massage one leg at a time. Start from the foot and ankle and massage upwards with large, slow circular movements as far as the groin. Use one teaspoon for each leg.

Place one hand on top of the other and perform circular movements starting from the navel and working outwards to the hips. Massage the hips, trunk and lumbar area all together with large, deep circles. Use 1⁄2 teaspoon.

Massage both arms at the same time from the wrists to the shoulders, running your hands up and down like an embrace. Focus on the back of the neck and the shoulder blades using large, deep, circular movements. Use 1⁄2 teaspoon. Rinse with hot water to remove any leftover product and release the aromatherapy properties of the essential oils.
